Why I am a Fan of ePerformax
Mother Theresa, Pope John Paul VI, Oprah Winfrey, and ePerformax, what do they have in common? I am their fan.
Wikipedia described the word “fan” as a person with an intense, occasionally overwhelming liking and enthusiasm for something; an enthusiastic devotee, follower, or admirer of a sport, pastime, celebrity, etc. A lot of people may be fans of Mother Theresa, Pope John Paul VI, and Oprah Winfrey but most will question me about ePerformax. Why am I a fan of ePerformax?
It all started in 2007. Friends encouraged me to apply in call centers and I did. When my phone rang and it was an ePerformax recruiter asking to do a phone interview, the person on the other line amazed me with how she handled the conversation. At that point I told myself I would do my best to be able to work with this company … and I do.
What first struck me and made me believe I am with a good and trusted company is when I attended the company’s Christmas Party and saw the Gawad Kalinga children performing. Yes, ePerformax supports this foundation! That moment made me proud to be known as an ePerformax employee.
As the days, months and years go by, more pride has grown in me as I have experienced ePerformax’s vision of bringing the best practices from the U.S. together with the best culture and talent from the Philippines. The trainings I have attended made me more passionate about learning especially the Coaching and TIER sessions. My tasks as a Team Lead continuously make me more empowered, resourceful and flexible to the concerns and issues of the agents and the client. The company’s continuous growth and excellence, including being recently awarded the "Top Overall Vendor Award" among four Philippines outsourcing vendors by one of its Fortune 500 clients, make me more optimistic that five to ten years from now, I will still have a very stable job that could sustain my family. The management team strives hard to come up with results-oriented programs like the P.E.R.F.O.R.M. Conference. Lastly, I have met and have worked with a lot of wonderful people with ePerformax over the years, some of them having turned into lasting friendships and these people never fail to motivate me.
Having said all these, don’t you think I have all the reasons for being a fan of ePerformax?
