Living the dream, the ePerformax way
“My break at ePerformax came with a job opening for a research analyst. My first notion was why would a call center be involved in quantitative research? Customer satisfaction surveys came to mind but I later learned the job entailed surveying both internal and external clients. Wow, I said! It was phenomenal to have a Philippine-based company actively pursuing continuous improvement in all areas - the Six Sigma way. I wanted in!
“Several surveys later, consultations here and there, and the Performance Maximization process underway, I knew this was the place for me. I always wanted to thrive in a system wherein quantitative measurement was a guide to total quality improvement. This is something evident not only within accounts but also companywide: the annual PERFORM Conference is testament to this commitment and the newly instituted ePower process is even furthering this commitment. Certainly ePerformax goes beyond mere intention to pursue quality, it gets results. Needless to say it was named “Vendor of the Year” by a Fortune 500 client.
“Certainly, ePerformax isn’t only a place of work. It’s also a fun place to work. On top of the seasonal parties per account, there is also the grand company-wide Christmas party with matching song and dance competition. Over and above that, the people here are really friendly. Everyone is approachable! Needless to say, this company has a heart. Business matters aren’t all about revenue growth but reaching-out as well. Close to a year ago, the executive committee, in person, handed out not only relief goods but appliances and furniture to the victims of Typhoon Ondoy. This was a very kind gesture from the bosses.

Never before have I seen in an office setting free drinks at the pantry, cable TV on every floor, a lounge for everyone, and a place to rest for the weary. It simply is amazing! And who said you can’t have a life with a graveyard shift? On the contrary, you get to make the most of your day. While everyone’s busy in the morning, you get to enjoy off-peak rates, little traffic on the streets / at the stores, possibly an extended out-of-town trip, and home life with serenity.
