Why am I a Fan of Eperformax?
Why am I a Fan of Eperformax? Because I LOVE THIS TEAM! You become a fan of something because you love it not because you are getting something from it.
ePerformax is a company that is passionate about this industry, and the reason I became a fan is because of the PEOPLE who are the SOUL and FOUNDATION of the organization. Every time this family comes to work we are full of “PASSION” and we “PERFORM” in EVERYTHING we do because we do not want to fail.
The first reason why I am a fan is because ePerformax taught me that “PASSION” is more than finishing; it is more than gettingto the top; it can be something greater, something more valuable; it’s a lot more than just fulfillment. It can be your whole LIFE!
I thought of myself as a good manager when I started, but I realized I was ONLY good as I had allowed myself to become. I could be better. I am a manager who practices an “open-door policy” and I encourage people to open up, but I came to learn that I can be “BETTER” by reaching out to others so we can relate and connect. This feeling that I am always “EMPOWERED” is the second reason I am a fan of ePerformax.
The third reason is when I joined ePerformax I started as a “rank-and-file” again. It was humbling for me since I had already been a manager, but I gambled and embraced the experience to be an employee here. I learned from the “bottom up.” But the biggest reward was when I realized this was the best and only way to experience OPTIMISM and that MOTIVATED me to reach for higher stars to be the best person I can.
Today, I share these gifts with my direct reports, which is the final reason I am a fan. I was given the opportunity to SHARE and prepare them for the next level. To encourage and inculcate in their hearts that they should always be RESULTS ORIENTED and FLEXIBLE are just a few things I have included in my training so we will be always the vendor of choice.
And with all this put together, I am a fan because I am able to support a team who is loyal, satisfied and fulfilled which makes it a better place for the whole client team, an environment that is supportive and loveable for everyone.
I am a big FAN of ePerformax and I have created a family I could be proud of … family of PERFORMING FANS.
