“Why I am here at ePerformax?”
The pay is good. The office structure and culture is great! I think being here is the coolest thing that ever happened to me. But these are clichés. These are not the things that truly motivate me. There must be a deeper and fulfilling reason why I am here. Some would say “I’m here to trade my time for money” or “I am here because I need a job” everyone needs a job, but why ePerformax?
When I started my career here at ePerformax it wasn’t easy at all. I was put through a series of tests and training all designed to make sure I was the right fit for the job. I remember thinking of giving up. I felt at times I didn’t measure up to the standards and expectations. Despite all that I am still here.
At ePerformax I found new friends and mentors who support and believe in me. With them around things became easier. They gave me a reason to smile. They are the people who thought me to stay tough, believed in my potential and never stopped encouraging me. We have shared plans, efforts, best practices and dreams all for the betterment of our job. I am lucky because without ePerformax I would never have met them. Throughout the process – people have come and gone, there have been laugher and tears – I have gained a deeper sense of fulfillment that has made my stay here at ePerformax memorable. Everything I’ve learned will stay alive in me.
Yes, I need money to pay my bills, for my obligations and for my security – who doesn’t? But I have come to realize that even if it is given in exchange for our time, skills, talents and dedication it is not enough to measure up everything. I am here simply because, when everything seems so hard, my friends and mentors always say, “ROCK ON, we can do this!” Things then become easy! How about you, what is your reason for staying here?
