Why I am a Fan of ePerformax
I am a fan of ePerformax because it gave me the opportunity to further develop my competencies as a leader and has given me great influence and values that I will use for the rest of my life. This is my first call center job and I am indeed lucky to be with thiscompany because it provided me a working environment where I can maximize my potential to be an asset to a program andcontribute to its exceptional performance.
ePerformax also paved the way for me to aspire to an exciting career path that I strive to attain through excellent performanceusing my talents and values. ePerformax made me think of excellence not only with my mind but also with my heart and soul, and I have built self-confidence and faith in my ability to accomplish tasks through daily operations. It made me passionate and optimistic about my job. It also gave me the motivation to always give my best to produce great results.
I am a fan of ePerformax for recognizing the potential of every employee and practicing fairness which are manifested in how it gives awards, recognition and incentives for the exceptional effort of employees. It also values diversity and gives importance to the unique contribution of every employee. I believe that basic management rules and performance requirements should be fair to everyone most especially in a corporate community. Being fair with all the employees is good for the business because it promotes a harmonious working relationship to meet one common goal.
This company also gave me reasons to look up to our leaders and to support them wholeheartedly with the program and the company’s goals and objectives. I believe that credible leadership starts with integrity and being consistent with principles. I can say that our leaders here possess integrity and adhere to strict ethical reasoning in getting things done through effective management. It influences employees to be more responsible with their work and to have respect with the authority vested among leaders. I am proud to say that I am truly guided and influenced by this company’s leaders. They believe in my potential and competencies and gave me their trust and confidence.
I have been with ePerformax more than four years, and there have been wonderful changes in me that made me a better and contented person with my career. I always strive to perform and adhere to the values I learned at ePerformax which I also apply in my personal life and share with other people.
